Chris Mann

President and CEO

As VoicePort’s leader, Chris oversees CircPort’s brand, technology, and innovation while managing the overarching VoicePort brand.

Chris is a former engineer in the aerospace industry.  He started his career in the UK after attending South East Berkshire College and Slough Polytechnic. Since then, he has furthered his education with various management courses in CIS, Leadership, Project Management and Entrepreneurship.

Chris later served in the semiconductor capital equipment industry where he started out as a customer service engineer and quickly rose to a worldwide customer service position. It was there that he found his passion for an unwavering commitment to customer service.

Chris has held various executive management positions in International Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. As a key executive of CVC Products, he was instrumental in significantly growing company revenue and helped lead the company to a successful IPO and subsequent sale to Veeco Instruments.

Chris is a member of a private equity group, CSW Associates, where he helps manage and acquire a portfolio of equity investments. He also serves on various boards, including OneStream Networks and Lumetrics Corp, a metrology equipment provider.

Chris and his wife reside in Scottsdale, AZ. When he’s not working or helping to lead the charge of innovation, he enjoys golf, wine and travel. Sometimes all at the same time.

Dan Martini

Vice President of Sales 

At VoicePort, our team works hard to develop quality systems and advance growth by attracting new clients and maintaining a high level of customer support. Such a positive work environment can only result in continued growth.

Dan has held various positions as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for multiple companies, including TeleReach, Inc., Saxotech, Inc., Newscycle Solutions, Data Sciences, Inc., Tribune-Review Publishing Company, Pennsylvania Economy, Pittsburgher Magazine, Landon Associates and Beaver County Times.

With a B.S. in Business Administration, Advertising and PR major from Youngstown State University, and extensive newspaper industry knowledge and expertise, Dan has coordinated strategic domestic and international sales efforts for software companies and newspaper entities alike.

Today, Dan lives in Las Vegas, NV with his wife, Denise. He likes to golf, exercise, read, and travel. He also loves Italian food.

Shaun McCurdy

Vice President of New Business Expansion

Shaun was born in Boulder, CO but considers himself a Rochester, NY native, where he lives today. As a veteran and entrepreneur, Shaun is now in a role he loves as Vice President New Business Expansion.

Shaun’s strengths include requirements gathering, technical troubleshooting, client management, and opportunity identification. These skills allow Shaun to help design and deploy solutions that are reliable and flexible for users’ needs.

When he is not working, Shaun volunteers as the VP of A.O. Rochester, a chapter of the American Outlaws, which supports the Men’s and Women’s National Soccer Teams. Their mission is to grow the interest and passion for soccer in their local community.

Eric Edwards

Chief Technology Officer

Eric previously served as a senior software engineer at the former Nortel Networks, developing central office IVR systems and Internet protocol implementations.

Evelyn Hartwell

Vice President of Finance

With over 20 years of accounting and human resource experience, Evelyn is a critical member of the VoicePort team.

A self-proclaimed “geeky accountant,” Evelyn always has a smile on her face. She’s the go-to for a daily riddle, a good laugh, or a piece of candy. And she never disappoints.

Evelyn lives in Brighton, NY and loves dogs. She also enjoys reading, golfing, riding her bike along the Erie Canal, and traveling. In her spare time, Evelyn supports organizations for which she also has a passion, like Lollipop Farm, the American Red Cross, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the Open Door Mission, and her alma mater, Nazareth College.

Robert Dumas

Director of Business Development

Rob comes to VoicePort via the acquisition of Innovative Systems Design and has held executive positions with multiple companies including ISD, Mediaspan (Naviga), Polkadots and Ultimate Technographics.

Designing a good self-serve system requires experience more than anything else.  Not only does Rob bring expertise on the technology side but, having consulted with hundreds of companies on their customer self-service systems, he also understands contact center issues, emerging customer service needs, and the delicate balance required to keep your customers happy.

Rob currently lives in Canada with his wife and children. Before moving back to Canada, Rob lived and worked in the United Kingdom and Denmark gaining tremendous international experience.  When not working with AI Self-Service, Rob is an avid reader, collector of music on vinyl, motorcycle enthusiast and gives back to his community as a part-time Firefighter/First Responder.

Pam Stevenson

Director of Project Management

Pam has held a variety of positions in customer service, thriving in  call center consolidations and migrations, circulation system overhauls and vendor searches, paywall and e-paper launches, subscriber self-serve initiatives, and distribution negotiations and optimization.  Pam’s 31 years on the client side relying on customer service automation, gives her a unique understanding of the challenges that VoicePort clients face. current

To ensure the success of projects, Pam keeps all stakeholders and participants focused with regular communication to facilitate collaboration.  Whether working on a one-week issue with two other people, or a multi-faceted project with a variety of players, focus means projects get done on time and on budget.

When she isn’t crusading to get VoicePort clients the best customer service automation possible, Pam can be found in the kitchen figuring out the next recipe that will delight her husband and sons or working in her garden with her dog Willow.
